About SafeCase

SafeCase was created for parents navigating some of the hardest situations a family can face — separation, family court, domestic violence, coercive control, post-separation abuse and parental alienation. These are experiences that are often as difficult to prove or explain as they are to live through. SafeCase was built for exactly that.

We built SafeCase because we saw how many parents were trying to manage important records during emotionally exhausting circumstances — keeping notes in their phone, emailing themselves reminders, saving screenshots across multiple devices — with no organised way to bring it all together when it mattered most.

Family court, mediation, parenting disputes, domestic violence, coercive control, post-separation abuse and parental alienation all demand clear, consistent, well-organised records. But nobody hands you a system when your family starts to break down — and many of these situations involve forms of abuse that leave no visible marks, follow no obvious pattern, and are incredibly difficult to explain without documentation. SafeCase is that system.

It's a secure, private app that lets you create case files, log incidents, upload documents and photos, build a timeline of events, and export everything in a structured format — whether you're working with a lawyer or finding your way through the process on your own.

SafeCase was built with a deep focus on privacy, simplicity and emotional safety. Features like Incognito Mode, Quick Exit, secure document storage and structured case management are designed for people in sensitive, high-conflict situations where discretion isn't optional — it's essential.

We understand that the parents who come to SafeCase are often exhausted, overwhelmed and navigating situations they never expected to be in. That's why every part of SafeCase has been developed using a trauma-informed approach — prioritising clarity, calm and practical support over complexity.

Our goal is straightforward:

To help parents feel less overwhelmed, more organised, and genuinely prepared for whatever comes next.

What guides us

Built for real family situations

Every feature in SafeCase was designed around the actual challenges parents face when managing sensitive records under pressure — not generic document organisation, but the specific, emotionally complex reality of family law, domestic violence, coercive control and parenting disputes.

Trauma-informed by design

We know that the parents using SafeCase are often in some of the hardest moments of their lives. Every screen, every feature and every word in the app has been built with that in mind — clear, calm and never overwhelming when it matters most.

Privacy as a foundation

SafeCase was built from the ground up for people in sensitive situations. Incognito Mode, Quick Exit, encrypted storage and private case files aren't features we added — they're the foundation we built on.

Empowerment over overwhelm

Our goal has never been to build another complicated tool. It's to give parents a simple, organised space where they feel capable, prepared and in control — even when everything around them feels uncertain.

SafeCase is an organisational tool only. It does not provide legal advice, create a solicitor-client relationship, or guarantee the outcome of any legal proceedings. Users should always seek independent legal advice regarding their individual circumstances.
